Imdecol makes customer service a priority, because our customers consistently return to us with questions and a necessity for pending parts or system upgrades.
We reply to many service calls per day from all around the world – helping our customers to fix or deal with local technical or software issues that may arise from time to time.
We supply remote connection to all our robots based on the internet connection we have with our customers and our specialist engineers that work day and night (sometimes in the middle of the night) to provide support to our global customers whether they are in America, Europe, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand.
Our service department is available every weekday, Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM and Fridays 08:00-14:00 Israel time and will coordinate technical assistance according to the customer’s needs and availability.
We are not available from Friday 17:00PM to Sunday 08:00AM.
We are committed to supplying services within 72 hours of receiving a customer’s request.
