B.M.L (Blow- Mould Labelling) Systems is a Side Entry Servo Robotic system for Rectangular / Square / Oval Container with 2 Cavities.

B.M.L combines with a blow moulding machine. 

System Description

      Inserting labels inside cavities. 

2.     Drive

      Servomotor equipped with

      original noise filter RFI fitted.

Adjustable positions target.

3.    PLC

     PLC with display of the Robotic status like: Alarms, Set-up mode, and Manual operation for step-by-step, Cycle Function and Single Function.

4.    Linear Module

    Module with a dual linear

    bearing guidance system.

5.    Frame

     Free standing equipped with

     leveling pads fixed to floor.

Adjustable positions of the 

Robot on the frame. 

6.    Safeties

     Safety guards interlocked with injection machine safety facilities (function as rear machine door).
