System Description

1.     Functions 

       Take out products from the

      mould.

     1.1     Accumulation of parts in

               stacks.

               Adjustable numbers of parts

               on the stack.

     1.2     Packaging in a flow pack /

               banding machine with the 6

               axis Robot.

2.     Drive

Servomotor equipped with original noise filter RFI fitted. Adjustable positions target.

3.     PLC 

PLC with display of the Robotic status like: Alarms, Set-up mode, and Manual operation for step-by-step, Cycle Function and Single Function.

4.     Linear Module 

        Module with a dual linear 

     bearing guidance system.

5.     Frame

       Free standing equipped with

     leveling pads fixed to floor.

     Adjustable positions of the Robot

     on the frame. 

6.   Safeties

     Safety guards interlocked with injection machine.

     Safety facilities (function as rear machine door).
